If you haven't noticed, I've been complaining a lot about lack of sleep. I've become that person. And I vow right now to stop it. Last night before getting into bed, I did yoga, in the dark, on my own. Then I meditated and fell off into a slumber without any problem. The only thing to wake me in the middle of the night was a cough from my little bear.
And then, deep sleep again.
Today, I feel like I could rule the world.
Pure happiness.
Sleep, it's everything.
